1. Accessing the OROS Portal


Open your web browser and go to the BIR’s official website (www.bir.gov.ph).


Navigate to OROS: Look for the Online Registration and Update System (OROS) link on the BIR website and click on it.


2. Creating an Account


Click on “Sign Up”: If you are a new user, click on the “Sign Up” button to create an account.


Fill Out the Registration Form:


TIN (Tax Identification Number): Enter your TIN.


Email Address: Provide a valid email address.


Personal Information: Fill in your personal details such as name, birthdate, etc.


Security Questions: Select and answer security questions for account recovery.


Submit the Form: After filling out all required fields, click the “Submit” button.


Verification: Check your email for a verification link sent by the BIR. Click on the link to verify your email address and activate your account.


3. Logging In


Enter your credentials: Use your TIN and the password you created to log in to the OROS portal.


Dashboard: Once logged in, you will be directed to the OROS dashboard, where you can initiate various transactions.


4. Registering a New Business


Select “New Business Registration”: On the dashboard, click on the “New Business Registration” option.


Fill Out Business Information:


Business Name: Enter your business name.


Business Address: Provide the complete address of your business.


Type of Business: Specify the nature of your business (e.g., sole proprietorship, corporation).


Date of Commencement: Indicate the start date of your business operations.


Upload Required Documents: Upload scanned copies of necessary documents such as:

6. Issuance of COR and ATP

Fill Out the Request Form: Provide the necessary details for the COR and ATP.


Upload Required Documents: Upload supporting documents such as proof of business address, valid IDs, etc.

7. Checking Application Status
